Past Awards (2008&2009)
In 2008 and 2009, the Writing Program and The Green Initiative Fund (TGIF) have awarded students for integrating sustainability principles in their professional writing courses (such as Writing for Business, Writing for Science and Technology, Writing for Environmental Studies, and Writing for Film).
The categories and awards are as follows:

Students from participating professional writing courses offered in the previous Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter quarters had the opportunity to enter documents for the next contest. Winners were recognized at the annual award ceremonies for professional business writing in May 2008 and 2009.
